I really split my sides when I heard US President George W. Bush said that he was "the decider" on things. Man, no wonder he's maed fun of by comedians like Frank Caliendo. No offense to his supporters here, if any. I mean, THAT is one hell of a punchline, and he's not even trying to be funny. That's what makes it more hilarious!
With that in mind, Mr. President, I give you, the arranger! :)
