HOPE PREVAILS

Having just re-read Neil Gaiman's Sandman: Preludes and Nocturnes, I just wanted to share this very very memorable and thought-provoking line.

As Dream was about to leave hell after having successfully retrieved his helm from the Demon Choronzon, he was stopped by Lucifer who said that dreams have no power in hell. Dream ever-so-cleverly replied:

"-What power would hell have if those imprisoned here would not be able to dream of heaven?"

Damn straight.
